This album was recorded on a portable 8 track digital recording machine that was severely limited in its sonic range, but was all I could afford at the time. Some songs were augmented using a buddy of mine's home studio as well.

'Here On Earth' was a recording project that flowed right into the Cowboy Mouth album "Uh-Oh", hence the reason why they sound so similar. Like this album I recorded many of the tracks for Uh-Oh by myself, intending them as song demos for the band. But seeing as we were broke at the time and had no money to record a new album, we went with the idea proposed by our management at the time to release the demos as the album proper. Bad decision in hindsight. Not that I'm not proud of Uh-Oh, I am very much so.

But recording with Cowboy Mouth at that time was fraught with all sorts of unneeded drama that no one wanted to deal with. Couple that with a complete lack of finances and there ya go.

But I digress...

"Here On Earth" is an album that I am very proud of. It was recorded during an intense creative spurt on my part and I will always remember these times fondly.
